Shipping & Delivery
We deliver the next day after the order placement. But if the order placement is made on Friday, the product will be delivered on Saturday.
KAVIARHAUZ will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

If you would like the product to be delivered on the day of order placement, please contact us and we shall help you to arrange the delivery. In order to guarantee on-time delivery in peak seasons and holiday period, please make an early placement of your order.

We offer free delivery with a minimum order amount of AED500 in Dubai and AED800 in other Emirates or above. In order to preserve the quality of the caviar, we provide special thermopacks for temperature control during the delivery

For GCC countries there is a minimum order amount of AED 6000 in order to qualify for Free Delivery. However, if the order amount is less than AED6000, we charge AED 700 for delivery charges to Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman& Lebanon.

For order to Saudi Arabia, we require local pickup from our retail outlets in the UAE or from our showroom. Delivery is not possible due to visa regulations.

Cancellation / Refund Policy
All merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon receipt. Credit or Refunds will not be granted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed, or not stored in proper temperature including return shipping. Please keep all packaging intact for returns. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization code will be issued.
