grey to black. Clean, lively, and fresh taste along with the light walnut finish and delicate texture. Black granular caviar
'Standard' is subjected to heat treatment (pasteurization) - heating at a moderate temperature - 71 ° degrees C.
Pasteurization allows to extend the shelf life of eggs, while maintaining its taste and quality.
Thanks to pasteurization, we have reached the shelf life of 24 months at a temperature of - 2 to -4 ° degrees C.

Note: consume within 3 days after opening.
You may store caviar up to it's full shelf life if you keep it within -2 to -4 °C. But normally household refrigerators
do not give this required temperature, therefore we advice you to keep it in a coolest area for not more than 3 weeks.
To experience the caviar at its best, it's suggested to buy only the quantity you are willing to consume within 1 week.
DO NOT FREEZE. Fresh caviar is not able to save its physical appearance and natural taste if you keep it in
freezer. Once defrosted, the caviar will isolate juice and the eggs will no longer be shaped and attractive. Moreover,
consuming the defrosted caviar might be dangerous.
Serving caviar might be as easy as no any other delicacy.
The more simple it is, the more elegant and expensive it will appear.
You may place the caviar with its tin on a laid of crashed ice, or empty the tin into a caviar
serving bowl.
Though most of the caviar bowls are made of a high quality metal, caviar shall never
contact any metal directly.
The best is to use glass, ceramic dishes, or mother of pearl plates that will not change
the taste of caviar.
